Pricing & Associated Fees

Will Call

Many of our rental items are available for will call. This is a great option if you are only renting a few smaller items, or you have a team of willing and able helpers to transport your items. Fees associated with will call items may include:

  • Pulling and Restocking: 10% of Order

  • Late Return Fee: Minimum $200

  • Cleaning & sanitizing beyond normal usage (see FAQ page): Hourly-based

  • Damages: Cost to repair or replace items

We recommend you only select will call if you are sure you and your helpers can safely transport equipment. Items must be transported in covered vehicles, truck beds and trailers.​

Curbside Delivery

If you're looking to save on setup costs and you have the help available to set tables and chairs, curbside delivery is a great option! We will deliver your items to a designated spot on site, and pick them up from the same spot after the event. Associated fees may include:

  • Delivery: Calculated based on miles and size of order. Generally $75-$150 within city limits

  • Cleaning & Sanitizing beyond normal usage: Hourly-based

  • Damages: Cost to replace or repair items.

Delivery with Setup

This is the most convenient and stress-free option. We will deliver your items, set them up and take them down for you!  Fees associated with delivery and setup may include:

  • Delivery: Calculated based on miles and size of order. Generally $75-$150 within city limits

  • Setup: Calculated as a percentage of total order

  • Damages: Cost to replace or repair items

  • Terrain Fee: Applied to venues that involve long walks, staircases or uneven ground while transporting rental items. 5-10% of total order

Items eligible for setup include tables, chairs, lawn games, arches and lounge furniture. Dinnerware, linens and small decor items are not included in setup services. 

Wedding Day Coordination

Wedding Day Coordination is the perfect service for the DIY planner who wants to be a guest at their own wedding. Our experienced staff will handle the details of your big day, from vendor management and timeline organization to set up and breakdown, allowing you to relax and be a guest at your own wedding.

Base price of $1850 includes:

  • Two (2) pre-event meetings

  • Introduction to your vendor team as point-person

  • 12 Hours on-site day of for:

    • Site design/setup​

    • Ceremony orchestration

    • Reception coordination

    • Timeline management

    • Vendor & guest assistance

  • Emergency kit provided
